Policy: No partial weeks during summer. No pets allowed. This property has a FRIDAY turnover. Guest limit (7) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $100 and a refundable security deposit of $700 apply. Security deposit refunds are processed 10 days after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A limited changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

Nancy C.lovely stay in Eastham
Had a lovely visit and stay at this home. It was peaceful and private. Loved the hammock and eating dinner in the screened in patio. We had plenty of space for our family. It was only a mile from the beach. Sometimes we even walked there for some exercise. Close to Cook's Beach. Really enjoyed heading down there for the sunset. Absolutely beautiful. Short trip to Provincetown or Chatham. Many good places to eat nearby.
