Michael C.Walk to the beach
Great 3 br 1.5 bath located within a short walk (350, 450 yards) to the New Silver Beach entrances. Newly renovated. The master bedroom, full bath, and a large family room are upstairs. I enjoyed opening the windows and letting in the ocean breezes in as an alternative to the AC (which works well, I just liked the breezes). Also, there is a wet bar with a wine cellar mini-fridge. Just outside the sliding glass door is a rooftop deck - both the living area and deck have some views of the ocean. Ground level has another deck just off the kitchen with a BBQ grill. The lower level has two bedrooms, one of which has a living area complete with TV, sofa, chairs, and a game/dinning table (great area for the kids to hang-out). Owners/management are very conscientious about providing a high quality rental experience. I highly recommend it.
