Located on a quiet residential street and very close to Cape Cod Rail Trail (1.6 miles) nearby hiking trails and a short walk to a private entrance to Joseph’s Pond. Enjoy the outdoors on the porch with cheerful and comfortable outdoor seating. The house is well hidden with a beautiful large pine tree as well as many rhododendrons. Central Air is provided. Enjoy cooking meals with friends and family. Memory foam mattresses and toppers. High speed Internet with cable line up including ESPN. Smart TV with Wi-U in living room. TV in Master bedroom also with Cable. Walking distance to Cranberry Valley golf course. Very close to all of the cape’s biggest attractions, Cape Cod Bike Trail less than 2 miles, Nauset Beach 20 minute drive, OR bike there on the bike trail. Only 10 minutes drive to major convenience store and grocery store.
House has wonderful porch with new comfortable seating and sun shade. Hardwood floors throughout, full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.
Sleep well in large and well appointed bedrooms. This is a great house for up to two families! Master bedroom has King bed and television, full cable, dresser, large closet. Other first floor bedroom has daybed that converts to comfortable King. Bathrooms have bathtubs. First floor bathroom is in hallway. 2nd floor has two large bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom has two twin beds and one full bed, all with comfortable mattresses. Desk and dresser.
2nd bedroom has queen size bed dressers and desk. Both bedrooms have large closets.
Living room has two couches, and chair plus hassock.
The house is located on a large lot, set away from the road, had large driveway. The street the house is on is very residential. East Harwich is a great location since it is very close to many beaches and towns you will want to visit.

Area Information

East Harwich is a very beautiful area of Cape Cod. It is a great central location on Cape Cod. It is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and multiple bike and hiking trails in the area as well as beaches, whether Nantucket Sound or the invigorating Ocean or quiet family/friendly pond. This house has deeded access to Joseph’s Pond. This is a great place to take a dip or launch water craft. Fishing has traditionally been a favorite sport here. Nature is fully on tap here, with birds at full throttle.

You can take the Cape Cod Rail Trail to Chatham and even to Orleans from Harwich. Go to Orleans and stop at the Hot Chocolate Sparrow and watch the bikes go by then head for Nauset Beach!
