White Cliffs Country Club (WCCC) Full Membership is included with Furnished Rental: 2-story 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome located in the Fairway Green Village of WCCC, an exclusive private gated Atlantic oceanfront residential community along Cape Cod Bay in Cedarville Village of Plymouth, Massachusetts. WCCC's professionally landscaped and maintained common areas provide an elegant residential community.
WCCC is atop one of the highest bluffs overlooking Cape Cod Bay providing expansive views from Plymouth to Provincetown at the tip of Cape Cod. It is conveniently located 1 mile from RT3 on State Road (RT3A), only 3 miles north of the Sagamore Bridge crossing over the Cape Cod Canal, 12 miles south of historic Plymouth Rock, 50 miles south of Boston MA, and 60 miles east of Providence RI.
Club amenities include a Gary Player-designed 18-hole executive golf course, four (4) Har-Tru tennis courts, a private sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay with tram access from the clifftop, an indoor heated mineral water pool with hot tub and exterior lounge area, a fitness center, and steam room. The club's master chef and food staff accommodate fine dining in the club dining room and casual dining on the adjacent patio as well as food service to the pool's exterior lounge or private beach. Activities include organized golf, tennis, bridge, cribbage, and mahjong as well as featured activities and events.
Our townhome is an interior unit of a 4-unit patio-style building within the Fairway Green village of WCCC. Its configuration is 2 stories with an attached single-car garage and single-car exterior parking space, a private patio, and an exterior utility/storage room.
Abutting a fairway, the large private patio is accessed from the living room or dining room. The home's location provides extensive views of the 14th and 15th fairways. The building's East-West orientation provides easterly onshore breezes from the Atlantic Ocean, and westerly sunset views over the two fairways and beyond.
An entrance hall, (sunken) living room, dining room, kitchen, half-bath, and laundry room are located on the first floor. Being lower than the main entrance level, the (sunken) living room is accessed by two steps down from the first-floor center hall or by two steps down from the dining room. At each step-down, a wooden handrail is anchored to the adjacent wall.
A loft office area, master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, guest bedroom, and office/guest full bathroom are located on the second floor.
A very high vaulted ceiling spans above the entrance hall, split staircase, loft office area, and living room. There is a ceiling fan and three solar-powered roof skylight windows. Each skylight window can be partially or fully opened or closed by remote control and has a rain sensor for automatic closure when rain is detected. Sunlight streams through the roof skylight windows from dawn to dusk creating a naturally bright interior within the living room, loft office workspace, and entrance hall.
The furnished office area, equipped with fiber optic high-speed broadband Ethernet connection or Whole House WI-FI Internet access, is well suited for work-from-home.
The private patio is furnished with a propane gas grill, table, umbrella, and chairs.
The large master bedroom has two (2) large closets (1 walk-in) and is furnished with a Kingsdown mattress queen bed with matching mirrored dresser, nightstand, and TV armoire with drawers. There also is a chest of drawers, a comfortable recliner chair, lamps, and a flat-screen TV with voice control More FIOS 2.0 television service.
The master ensuite full bathroom is equipped with a tall storage cabinet with bookcase shelves, an elongated comfort height toilet, a safety tread base walk-in shower with fixed & long hose hand shower heads, custom lighting, tile, niche, towel rods, robe hook, grab bars. In addition to a center ceiling light with an exhaust fan, there is a separately operated ceiling light in the shower. For privacy, there is a frosted glass pocket door (30 in wide) to close the bathroom from the wide comfortable-height custom sink vanity and mirrored medicine cabinets and light fixture located in the alcove connection to the master bedroom. With the application of a light touch, the pocket door glides smoothly on its custom track to automatically retract into its pocket.
The guest bedroom has (2) large closets and is furnished with two (2) quality mattress twin-size beds, matching bureau, mirror, and nightstand. There are lamps, a high-back chair, and a straight-back chair.
The guest/office full bathroom has a tub/shower, elongated comfort toilet, grab bar, and sink vanity with wall mirror and light fixture.
The centrally located kitchen has a functional layout with more than ample granite counter space, cabinets, and closet storage. It is well equipped with a smooth-top 5 burner slide-in electric range with power burner, an over-the-range convection/microwave oven, a large side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water, in-the-door water, and ice dispensers, a deep double sink with cutting board, dishwasher, and disposer. There are recessed ceiling lights, task lighting over the kitchen sink, and under-cabinet lighting. Small appliances include a coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric can opener, blender, toaster oven, toaster, and slow cooker.
There is more than an ample supply of dinnerware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, bakeware, serving dishes, trays, utensils, etc.
The living room is tastefully furnished with artwork, lamps, comfortable Thomasville sofa and chairs, glass-top brass coffee and end tables, and a flat-screen TV with voice control More FIOS 2.0 television service.
The dining room is furnished with a traditional mahogany dining table with two (2) leaves, six (6) dining chairs, and a decorative hutch. Custom thermal lined draperies (dining room and living room) are installed on custom tracks for easy glide operation.
The laundry room is equipped with a large-capacity HE washing machine, a large-capacity electric dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
A half bathroom, conveniently accessed by the entrance hall, has a comfort-height (36 in) sink vanity, a comfort-height elongated toilet, and in-floor radiant heat with a programmable thermostat.

Unless the WCCC annual Food Minimum ($1,000) has already been paid, the tenant is responsible for the remainder ($91 per month, except January) PRORATED for the # Nights leased (excluding January).
WCCC establishes a tenant account for WCCC charges (e.g. food, beverage, golf cart, guest golf fee, guest tennis fee) by the tenant.
Owner provides VERIZON FIOS service for unlimited calling within USA telephone service, voice-activated remote control television service with VERIZON More 2.0 channel line-up, high-speed Ethernet cable, and Whole-Home wireless broadband Internet connectivity.
Owner provides normal-use utility (electric, gas, water) charges. Tenant is responsible for prorated (term of tenancy) average monthly total (gas, electric, water) only if abnormally in excess of $200.
We charge a nominal processing fee of $150.00 on each rental for the cost of 1) preparing the home for rental to ensure it is in proper order when a tenant arrives and 2) checking the home after a rental and preparing the home for a vacancy.
Cleaning Fee: Tenant directly pays Owner's preferred Cleaning Service for Customary Monthly Cleaning with a final cleaning scheduled on or following the last day of occupancy.
Refundable Linen Fee is $100.00 to cover laundering of any unlaundered used linens or towels.
Refundable Security Deposit is $500.00 to cover any damage (beyond normal wear and tear) or excess of customary cleaning charge.
Refundable Utility Deposit is $100.00 to cover any prorated charge.

About the owner: We are native New Englanders, growing up in Greater Boston MA. We've lived in southern NH and presently reside in Rhode Island. Starting in 1982, we have made our coastal homes in Massachusetts and Florida available for furnished rentals.
We do not consider any of our homes as ''a rental'' but as ''our residence''. We consider tenants as our guests and appreciate it when tenants respectfully treat our home as ''their home away from home''.
We do not list our homes on any rental website that blocks communication between owners and inquirers prior to collecting their booking/service fee from the renter. We enjoy direct communication with tenants and believe it is essential for each party's expectations.
We personally manage our rentals and communicate directly with tenants, not through a property manager. Prior to a rental, we ensure that our home is properly prepared to our standards. We remain available to promptly provide information or resolve a problem if it arises.
We're complemented by returning tenants and receipt of many excellent reviews.

Very relaxing and peaceful nice watching people playing golf out side of the sliding glass door in living room and dining room pool and hot tub were relaxing saw cape cod canal and museum they have a film to tell you about how the canal was built and when and why very interesting had a lot of fun

The Cape Cod Visitor Center and museum, operated by the Army Corps of Engineers, has wonderful exhibits and a movie on the history of construction of the canal.
