About the owner: In 2014 I purchased this wonderful cottage. Sadly my husband had passed in 2012 and I felt like my son and I who by then was 4 needed a getaway every now and then. I had spent most of my childhood on Cape Cod with my mom and I wanted to give that opportunity to my son as well. This home has brought us so much joy and happiness. We do rent it during the summertime now and off-season as our lives have changed and we have gotten to a busier state with school and work and sports and the beyond. We wish to open this up to others who would like to enjoy a peaceful quiet getaway in this gem of a place we call Cape Cod !
Why this property? Perfect, home for a couple with two children or without .. a quiet, backyard and safe quiet dirt road offer so much in the way of creative play and outdoor space, it is also close to the beach, ice cream and bikepath
