900 sq. ft.Lovely two bedroom cottage located off Cockle Cove Road in South Chatham and 0.8 mile to Cockle Cove Beach. It is located on a non paved quiet road with many other homes . This home is suitable for young family or a couple , or parties of four . It has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Most recently we acquired a nearly brand new queen sleeper sofa and have a queen bed in both bedrooms which allows for more guest comfort. There is in home Wi-Fi as well as a spacious outside deck and spacious yard as well as an outdoor shower. It is located very close to bike path - pond for kayaking and ice cream stand and more ! This property is available for spring and summer rental ( minimum five night rental 7/1-9/1)

The house is in an excellent location and ideal if you love the beach, ponds and bike riding. The comfortable home was well stocked and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well and the beach towel supply was great. The home could be enhanced with a new deck umbrella and an additional reclining deck chair. Overall it is definitely a good vacation property.

Nice place for a couple. Especially liked the morning walks to the beach nearby. The marsh that runs along the beach road is spectacular. Bring your fly rod! The beach was nice, not crowded even on Sunday! You can buy a beach pass ahead of time, or pay per diem. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, if you want to bypass the restaurants and eat in. Nice spotless gas grill with several full propane tanks. Good A/C system. Nice back deck to have your morning coffee on. Just a nice quiet little spot away from busier central Chatham, one of the best towns on the Cape.
