Welcome to The Seaside Gem! Our charming & newly updated cottage in the desirable Great Harbors neighborhood in Falmouth is perfect for families. You will feel like you're on vacation from the moment you arrive! Brand new to the rental market for 2024.

Our classic Cape house has two levels: the main floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, Queen bedroom and one full bath. Upstairs are two additional large bedrooms and a second full bath. Plus central AC to keep you cool!
The main level contains a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary chef’s tools, plus an island with seating for two. Our coffee bar includes everything you need to stay caffeinated: a drip coffee machine, French press, bean grinder, and pour over equipment. The dining room is open to kitchen and has seating for 6. Our cozy & tastefully decorated living room has a smart TV, books, games, and puzzles.

There is one bedroom downstairs which contains a queen sized bed. Directly next to this bedroom is the downstairs bathroom with shower. Head upstairs to the second floor with two large bedrooms. Bedroom 2 contains 1 queen and 2 twin beds; Bedroom 3 has two double beds, as well as a desk. Between the two upstairs rooms is a full bathroom with a shower/tub . All bedrooms are equipped with brand new memory foam mattresses & pillows, blankets, and duvets. Linens (sheets and bath towels) are provided for your convenience.

**Optional: Guest passes can be purchased for an additional $350 weekly fee for access to the private association pool (overlooking the water), Club House, tennis and pickleball courts. These amenities are just 1 block from the house! Pool is open weekends in June, and daily from June 29 - Labor Day.

Our house is 1 block from a small neighborhood beach on Great Pond where you can launch your kayak, as well as FREE amenities like a playground, basketball court, and baseball diamond.

A very quick bike ride along the ocean to Falmouth Harbor, Falmouth Heights, and beyond. We will even provide you with a custom guide book recommending the best walks from the house :)
