The second floor 50 ft. wraparound deck runs the length of the home and provides an unparalleled location for watching the Fourth of July fireworks and cheering on the runners as they approach the finish line in the famous Falmouth Road Race. Enjoy the lovely sunrises and sunsets, or simply relax after a day of enjoying the amenities that Falmouth, the Islands and the Cape has to offer.
Four bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite. The five upstair bedrooms are equipped with powerful quiet high energy efficient ceiling fans and window ac units. The first floor bedroom has a super quiet window air conditioner. Fluffy towels and bed linens are provided along with tissue and toilet paper. Every bedroom is equipped with an alarm clock fitted with two usb port plug-ins. Flashlights are in every room and the front entry has enough umbrellas to keep everyone dry.
A special feature of the home is the two window hayracks one planted with herbs and the other full of growing vegetables and flowers. Where better to use your fresh pickings to prepare your meals in the fully equipped cook's kitchen. The gas stove/range is equipped with a center exchangeable grill/griddle plate. The oven also offers both conventional and convection options and there is even a lower warming oven. An meat probe thermometer is also provided. Every tool imagined and some not imagined are provided for cooking and baking along with aprons for young and old. For our youngest guests, there are bibs with matching burp cloths; and of course small-sized plates, cups and bowls and flatware. The kitchen is equipped with causal and more upscale services for 12+ diners and tea cups, mugs, an array of glasses for the spirits and soft drinks. Additionally, foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, parchment paper, napkins, storage bags, storage containers, dishwasher pods and dish soap are a staple. Enjoy a cup of coffee using fresh coffee beans ground in a coffee bean grinder and brewed in one of the two coffee makers or the French press. Tote your drinks in the beverage containers and drink bottles or prepare a specialty drink in the Ninja blender/processor. For those with dogs, a special tubby holds dishes, dog blankets, leashes, dog treats and poop bags.
In addition, to the large cook kitchen and right off the living room, is a Butler's kitchen with its own refrigerator, double sink, and second microwave. A good place to store refreshments for the evening snack run, or, store fish caught, clams dug, etc. during the day. The kitchen stores two super large lobster pots, and all the tools you need for making a pizza, homemade bread, or popping popcorn.
Other house amenities include a wine fridge, a dishwasher, extra large washer & dryer supplied with laundry pods & laundry soap, stain & spot removing supplies, an iron, ironing board and wall drying rack. The four cable TV’s offer over 260 stations, high speed Internet, and cordless phones. Don’t worry if you forget your reading glasses, the house has them along with contact lens cases, suntan lotion, and a first aid cabinet filled with an array of supplies. Three portable A/C units serve the first floor common areas.
Grill on the Weber grill equipped with grill tools, mitts, apron and sprays while you eat at the umbrellaed 8' picnic table.
Twelve Large Beach towels and 2 beach blankets, beach toys, boogey boards, umbrella and beach chairs are supplied for the young and adults along with three multi-sized coolers to bring your goodies the short distance to the local beaches. There's parking for up to 6 compact cars.

This large, six bedroom home was perfect for our ladies trip. We all had our own bathroom! I asked my travel mates for their thoughts regarding this review and the consensus is generosity; our hosts were so generous providing us with so many luxuries to make our trip extra special. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay and we had things we didn't know we needed like umbrellas (which there were many of). Our hosts were a delight to work with in preparation for the stay and also during the stay. To our hosts, we say thank you for the paper goods, it is great to have enough paper towel, napkins and tp! Thank you for the umbrella's, sunscreen, beach towels and beach bags. Thank you for the comfortable cotton sheets on our beds. Thank you for the amazing selection of wine glasses. Thank you for letting us do our laundry and providing laundry soap. Thank you for providing us games and puzzles which are true vacation necessities. The list of things we are thankful for is too long to put here just know how grateful we are for your generosity.I highly recommend this amazing home for your rental. Gerrry and Reene Joseph are the pinnacle of hosts, they truly set the bar high.

Guest Review: I live on Cape Cod, but I wanted my family from Connecticut and Maryland to enjoy our beautiful summer. There were 6 adults and 3 children (8,11, & 14)staying at the house and everyone loved their rooms. They all had air conditioning and most had their own bathroom. We made good use of the grill and found everything we could want in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the games and puzzles. And of course the beach! Falmouth has a terrific beach a short walk from the house. Downtown Falmouth is lively with many shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental!

We recently rented Gerry and Reene's house for a family vacation. The house was fantastic. The location is perfect--walking distance to the beach and several restaurants, and had great views of the ocean and Martha's Vineyard. The house itself was beautiful with more than enough room for the 10 of us and it had every amenity you could think of. The second floor wrap around deck offered incredible views and was a great place to hang out and relax. Gerry and Reene were very easy to work with and responded promptly to any correspondence. We loved it so much that we booked next year's vacation before we left.

This was the third time my family has rented this house and we love it! It's a great size (with 2 kitchens) and in a great location. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and the beach. The house is extremely well stocked and has everything you could need. Even if the weather does not cooperate during the trip, it's enjoyable just staying inside the house and taking advantage of the great views from the porch. The top deck is our favorite part! We would all highly recommend this house. It's perfect for large groups as every bedroom has its own bathroom and ample space. Gerry is extremely responsive and great to work with.
