Why Kids Love It

Kids love our home as within walking distance is great pond and private beach with no waves and no beach sticker is required. Also within 1/4 mile is a boat ramp that takes to to Martha's Vineyard in 35 minutes with your boat. A boat can fit in my driveway but it cant be more than a 28 foot boat.

Hone is located in the Maravista section of Falmouth which is very close to Falmouth Heights, downtown Falmouth restaurants and the island queen ferry that takes you to Martha's Vineyard.

Inside Scoop

Avoid Rt 28 during morning and evening commutes, both bridges to get on cape cod back up starting on Fridays. Great day trip to Providence Town or we locals call it Ptown. Gay community with great art galleries, restaurants and of course people watching. PTOWN is about 1.5 hours from falmouth and usually heavy traffic on weekends and during the carnival parade week.
