Great, spacious and extremely comfortable for our party if 7! We loved the location, made getting to and from Falmouth on busy marathon weekend easy. Tim is super proactive and obviously takes a ton of pride in his place and also the experience of his guests!

Tim was a great host. He communicated well and was there if you needed him.l would highly recommend his house.
It was really beautiful inside and out and very comfortable.
kitchen amenities were beyond expectations ! Plenty of room for parking vehicles.Excellent location and close to restaurants,beaches and activities.We would definitely stay at his place again.

Tim’s place was very well appointed and designed - and as described in listing. You will be comfortable in all respects booking here and should feel free to do so without any worry or concern. (The neighbors are fairly close (but very nice) so louder late night partier crowds might be the only types who may want to book elsewhere.). West Falmouth is a peaceful part of the Cape with great beaches, Main Street restaurants and shopping first rate and ez drive to vineyard ferry.
