Experience subtle luxury, warmth and inviting charm. Three bedroom home with a spacious open floor plan set on 1 acre in the hills of North Truro. The upper floor has a wrap-around deck overlooking the beautiful abutting woodland with a patio table, lounge chairs, hammock and BBQ grill. Just off the porch, there is a screened in gazebo with a table and 8 chairs.

Inside an all pine and timber ceiling slants up to the center of the home. The upstairs features a full size slate pool table, dining area with seating for 10, 2 living room areas (one with a large flat screen tv and sound system), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms and one full bath. There is also a queen-sized pull-out couch in one of the living areas.

Our lower level has all the makings of a "separate apartment". It consists of a kitchen with a washer and dryer and two private bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom with a tub and shower in between for shared use. One of the sleeping quarters has a comfy pull-out queen sofa (and a thick topper as well) so that during the day that room can be used as a game room and sitting area for relaxing and television viewing.

The separate and private levels of this home make it ideal for large families. There are spiral stairs that connect the two floors and there are separate outside doors which work well for early and late risers. An added perk for children and teenagers is that they can enjoy the lower level for themselves. Well behaved dogs will be considered.

In the yard, there is a patio area with lounge chairs, bench, a propane fire pit and a hammock. We also have a private, large outdoor shower, bicycles and a ping pong table!

The house features: Central A/C, a large outdoor shower, a BBQ grill, gas fire pit, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Full sized Pool Table, Foosball and Ping-Pong tables, 3 smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV, DVD player and DVD"s, bicycles, beach toys and equipment, a large assortment of board games, books for all ages and more. Our WiFi is highspeed and provides about 270 Mpbs. We have a large, paved parking area that will easily accommodate four vehicles. There is a storage shed in the driveway for all of the bicycles, beach games and equipment, baby strollers, boogie boards, etc…

Area Information

We are located at the end of a quiet dead-end street that is a 2-mile bike or drive to beautiful bay and ocean beaches. The home is a 2 mile drive from either Longnook Beach by the ocean or Cornhill Beach on the bay. Many other beaches are nearby including Great Hollow, Head of the Meadow, Balson and Fisher. There are nearby hiking trails and a gorgeous golf course- the Highland Links is just 1.5 miles away. Provincetown and Wellfleet are both just a 12-minute drive.

Other nearby attractions: many National Seashore beaches, Great Pond in Truro (freshwater), Payomet Performing Arts Center, movie theatres and stage performances in Provincetown and Wellfleet, dozens of restaurants, shops, galleries and museums, the Cape Cod Rail trail for biking and walking, Province Lands Bike Trail, the Wellfleet Drive-In (one of only 2 in Massachusetts) also featuring a weekly flea market. Truro Vineyards is 2 miles from home offering handcrafted reds, white wine and spirits.
