This Townhouse is directly ON the beach. Watch the amazing sunsets and unobstructed views of Provincetown from the second-floor balcony or walk out the first-floor sliding glass bedroom door and sink your toes in the sand. The tides afford you an opportunity to walk way out on the sandbars with very few people since this beach is all private. The Townhouse is two-story and has a water view from every room and has parking for 4 cars out front.

The brand new kitchen appliances, dining, living room, master bedroom with king-size mattress, and full bath with jacuzzi tub are on the second floor. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen-size bed and two full bunk beds with a staircase for upper berth entry and a full bathroom with a shower stall. There are heat and A/C units in every room for climate comfort and the kitchen is brand new this year!

Provincetown is less than a 1/2 mile away, with all the excitement and activity of a bustling seaside resort that offers a variety of dining options, live shows, whale watch tours, sand dune beach tours, parasailing, and so much more.

This condo is two story. Sorry no guest pets or visiting pets allowed.

Truro is a quiet entry point to Provincetown. The famous dunes are a national treasure and hiking them is unforgettable. The Outer Cape has many bike trails winding through the beaches and wooded forsets and bike rentals are plentiful in Provincetown. Lots of resturants, Ice Cream shops and the Truro Winery are all close by. Nearby Welfleet has many dining options as well. As the day ends....you will want to be sitting in the captains chairs on the upper deck to be entertained by the amazing sunsets. Many writers and artists have been inspired by the unique light anomalies that occur as twilight falls.

Wefleet Book Store is a local Favorite along with Montaro's in Truro...they have delicious Pizza ...as does Spiritus Pizza in Provincetown. Mac's Seafood in Provincetown and Welfleet has fresh seafood cooked to perfection. Sweet and Savory in Truro is a local favorite for ice cream and pizza also.
