About the owner: My name is Lorraine Normann and I am a lower Cape full-time resident. My husband and I purchased this property earlier this year and just finished a complete makeover. We are thrilled to be able to offer this property for the very first time. It’s a first floor, easy access property with extra amenities, like TVs in each bedroom, Mini splits for touch of a button AC or heat. A new barbecue grill for cooking at home on beautiful summer nights.
Why this property? This property is in a very quiet area of the Ocean Edge Villages. It’s located near the back of the complex, very close to the golf course and the Lynx restaurant.
This village is, in my opinion, one of the nicest villages to be able to go out for a walk. It’s relatively quiet and very flat for any of those that prefer that.
