Enjoyed a wonderful stay in this small but tastefully furnished cottage across from Mayo Beach. Perfect for a couple or family with a young child. (Our nine-year old daughter was fine on the fold-away cot.) Terrific outdoor shower and gas grill with a private patio for dining al fresco. Peaceful and quiet at night, yet a 5-minute walk to casual restaurants, local theater, outdoor entertainment and children’s playground. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay.

The outdoor (but private) patio and the convenient location (walk to town as well as several restaurants close by) are our two favorite features of this charming cottage. Very comfortable spot for a couple.

We have just booked our third stay at this charming cottage. The great location is just right across the street from Mayo Beach; it is just a few steps to some of our favorite restaurants, and close to Main Street. Nestled between 2 other cottages, it feels very private thanks to the back patio fencing (our favorite spot which includes a gas grill and dining table). The outdoor shower is a spectacular treat and again, very private the way it is positioned to the side of the house and surrounded by lush greenery. The cottage is small yet well decorated and most welcoming. A sofa provides sleeping for our teen and we manage, but this cottage would be best suited for 2 people. The owner has been very responsive and easy to deal with!! There are many pluses which keeps bringing us back. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Two of us stayed here over 4th of July weekend of 2014. The location is fabulous! You can very easily walk to all points of interest. The scenery surrounding the cottage is spectacular as well. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. I am looking forward to returning to this gem of a cottage in the near future. I highly recommend staying here for rest, relaxation and fun!
