The price above is the base price for 8 guests. There is a charge of each additional person $40 per day. If you would like to book with us, we provide a rental agreement and once signed we usually require half of the payment now and the balance 30 days prior to check in. If that does't work then we can break down the payment into thirds. Check in is at 3pm and Check out at 10am. I can send an invoice for payment with a credit card through Stripe. We also accept Venmo and Paypal. Please remember the pricing does not include cleaning or the 14.45% tax. Also check out our specials!
The $150 per night is for the second floor only. The second floor sleeps 8. Cleaning fee for that is $200 plus 14.45% tax. We only rent the second floor from no minimum nights. After 6/14/24 then we rent the whole house.
