It is just a short walk down our private road to the beach, so the property is very quiet and private, yet there are no obstructions to the fantastic view. On the shore, walk left toward Chipman’s Cove for beachcombing, sunbathing, or a little swim, or go to the right for a 15-minute walk over Uncle Tim’s Bridge to Wellfleet village center.

The house has an old Cape Cod flavor with all the modern conveniences. Amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wireless internet, cable TV, DVD, gas grill. A/C in all the bedrooms and living room. All appliances have been recently updated. The home is set up and equipped for a relaxing, carefree holiday.

The rooms are large and comfortable. There are many options for privacy as well as for group activities. The bedrooms are well separated and two have large picture-window views of the bay. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, attached bath and walk-in closet. Downstairs are two bedrooms and two baths, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and a large living room with a picture window view, and an all-season porch with dining area overlooking the harbor. Both the living room and the porch are ideal for group gatherings and activities.

Enjoy swimming, walking, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, fishing, on Wellfleet's numerous ocean, bay, and pristine freshwater pond beaches. Experience the diverse and abundant bird population, wildlife, local plant and beach life on one of the numerous trails maintained by the Cape Cod National Seashore, the Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary, or the Wellfleet Conservation Trust, and participate in their scheduled lectures and activities. Hike to Great Island, Visit the beech forest in Provincelands. Bike on the Cape Cod Bike Trail, Head of the Meadow, Provincelands trail, or just around Provincetown village. Enjoy Wellfleet's art galleries and Saturday evening openings, and Provincetown's galleries and Museum, where the openings are on Friday evenings. Take in a performance at Wellfleet's own WHAT Theater, Harbor Stage, or WHAT for Kids. Take the family to a double feature at the Wellfleet Drive-In.
