Brand New Home in Two Minutes Walk from Parker River Beach

Our beautiful vacation home is located just a short walk away from the gorgeous ocean waters. With plenty of space for the whole family, this home is the perfect retreat for your summer getaway.

Relax in our spacious, comfortable living area on the 2nd floor or family room on the ground floor, whip up a meal in our fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it at the dining table inside and outdoors. Enjoy your morning coffee on our sunny deck, or take a stroll along the beach. Whatever your pleasure, our vacation home is the perfect home base for all your summer fun.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our home can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Plus, with amenities like air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

As you walk into the house you are immediately walk in to the family room set up with two comfortable couches, games and private sitting area. There are two bedrooms on this floor - one with bunk bed and office space, another one with single bed and office space. Fully tiled bathroom with oversized shower is combined with a laundry room and completes the ground level. Staircase from the family room will lead you to the second floor that invites you with cathedral ceiling and open floor plan. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds on the 2nd floor. Full bathroom with a tub, kitchen, dining and living room with access to the deck conclude the second floor.

The house is located on the very private and quiet dead end street. Despite very close proximity to the ocean and a restaurant it is very relaxing and no cars are driving by.
Outdoor features include private deck with dining table set up for entire family and fire pit in the back yard.
Interior was completely renovated and offers everything from central AC, laundry, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms.

Why Kids Love It

There is enough room for everyone: game room on the ground level with provided table games, TV in the bunk bed room and 2 TVs upstairs in the master as well as Living room. We offer some outdoor games that will keep not only kids but also adults occupied.
We have pack and play available as well as bassinet upon request for babies.
