Just .2 miles to Englewood beach on Lewis Bay with playground and boat launch. Short drive to Colonial Acres and Seagull beach as well. View the fireworks from the neighborhood too!
This comfortable year round home offers an updated and pretty kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, enclosed breezeway porch, living room, finished basement family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.Window acs in all bedrooms and living room. There is a large deck, nice outdoor shower, outdoor seating, fire pit, and pretty yard. Bring your basketball-hoop provided, along with various outdoor lawn and beach games for kids and adults. Owners supply some beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Stroller, pack and play, hair dryer, ironing board, and games provided. there are also outdoor games provided (please replace if your group breaks anything). There is also a large dog crate, dog toys and dog beds for your fury family members.
Off season rentals considered-call for rates. Small dogs under 30 lbs. with permission and pet deposit-limit 2.

Jessica N.Spacious, comfortable, nice neighborhood, close to the beach
We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful family home. 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog stayed comfortably in this spacious, comfortable home. We loved walking just down the street to the beach, a short distance down the road. It was very convenient to have washer/dryer and also a dishwasher and air conditioners. My children loved playing in the yard. There were hammocks, climbing structures and a basketball hoop. We also loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after visiting the beach. This location is excellent and close to many great restaurants and beaches. Thank you very much to the owners, we hope to stay again.
