About the owner: My husband Jay and I live locally, in Plymouth. Jay is a carpenter/contractor specializing in finish carpentry and I love all things real estate and interior design. Working together, we have created what we hope will be a place our family and yours can make lasting memories year after year!
We purchased this property in August, 2021 and did a complete interior renovation. The house was completely gutted down to the studs. We installed a new natural gas heating system, Central A/C, on demand water heater, as well as all new electrical and plumbing. We expanded the upstairs bath from a half to a full bath with a tub and opened up the wall between the kitchen and living room. Other than that the layout remains as it was. The house is decorated and furnished with a comfortable, coastal feel.
