Everyone loves large room that looks out to the back yard that is fenced in and has outdoor shower and fire pit. Home is deceiving. less than a mile from the beach. 1.5 to smugglers beach on South Shore Drive. This home is a perfect location

About the owner: Diane Cohen from Bedford, Mass. I have owned, maintained and rented this home out since 2011. This home has enough space for a large family or two. Great for friends weekend, bachlorette or bachelor, fishing trips, or just to get away. Located less than from the beaches at South Shore Drive in South Yarmouth. Fenced in back yard with a large sun room and deck. Outside shower , fire pit, Webber Grill all in back yard. This is a great location and close to all the stores along 28.
Why this property? Property is close to beaches, shopping and all the area's activities. Lots of family fun activities.
This home is located in a great location. So close to 2 mini golf's, DQ, Papa Gino's, Captain Parkers, Skippers, so much more. So fun.
