he one story home was renovated in 2021; has two zone central air conditioning, a large open kitchen and dining area, and plenty of room for relaxing or watching TV in the living room. The house has two separate wings, the primary bedroom includes a full bathroom and sitting area with TV, providing a private escape. On the other side of the house, two bedrooms share the connected bathroom with full shower and a washer dryer. There are two work spaces if you need to check email or stay connected back home. Sit on the stone patio after the beach and dine outside everyday! The large yard offers plenty of room to eat, BBQ, and play yard games. Enjoy a classic Cape Cod outdoor shower after the beach.

Don’t worry about a thing – the fully equipped kitchen has what you need for a lobster broil, breakfast on the patio or enjoying happy hour after the beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart for the short walk down to Surf Drive Beach.

Walk to everything! Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac halfway between the shops and restaurants on Main Street and beautiful Surf Drive Beach. This property is on a quiet street with only neighborhood traffic. Take the secret path at the end of the street down 2 blocks and you are at Ben and Bill’s on Main Street. Head south on Shore Street and be at the beach in ½ a mile. Jump on the bikes and the Shining Sea Bikeway is only a mile farther along beautiful Surf Drive.
