If you would like to book with us, we provide a rental agreement and once signed we usually require half of the payment now and the balance 30 days prior to check in. If that does't work then we can break down the payment into thirds. Check in is at 10am and Check out at 3pm. I can send an invoice for payment with a credit card through Stripe. We also accept Venmo and Paypal. Please remember the pricing does not include cleaning or the 14.45% tax.
