Dennis - Recently renovated and new to the vacation rental market for the 2023 season this 5 bedroom 2 bath Cape sleeps 9 and is a short drive to all the popular Cape Cod Bay Beaches! The first floor offers a dine in kitchen in addition to a dining room with sliders leading out to the deck, a living room and two bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The basement has a den and a game room. Central and Ductless a/c units will keep you cool during those hot summer nights. Large deck and yard perfect for entertaining, outdoor shower to rinse off in after a day at Mayflower Beach or paddling in Follins Pond. Storage shed available to store your kayaks, bikes, beach gear. Be sure to grab lunch or dinner at Captain Frosty's or any of the other nearby restaurants.

We were delighted with discovering all the wonderful features of this property. Relaxing in a very clean smartly renovated building with interesting artwork surrounded by a beautiful mini animal/plant sanctuary. Throw in the "she shed" and you have the icing on the cake of a great vacation.

This cottage was absolutely lovely. The decor; many seating areas; gardens; light and airy; comfortable beds (major plus). It was a great location close to all the cape has to offer. The sunset at First Encounter Beach was beautiful (7 minutes away) and walking the flats at Cook Brook are always amazing. I would highly recommend this rental. The welcome bag of starter items (soap, dish soap, paper towels, wine, taffy) was a very thoughtful and welcomed touch after driving 5 hours :) hope to return next year.
