The back yard is large and flat; and perfect for games of catch, wiffle ball, or tag. The backyard features a crushed shell smokeless fire pit, a custom three head rainfall outdoor shower, and a large outdoor deck complete with a Weber grill and seating for dining outdoors. We have a number of yard games including corn hole, badminton, and soccer nets . Beach chairs, cooler, beach tent, and beach toys are also available.

Our home features direct access to the CCRT (Bike Path) just 1000 feet from the front door of the house.

All new luxury mattresses, smart TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Pack n' play available for families with young children. Kids will enjoy air hockey and darts in the clean, well lit finished basement.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and all the pots & pans (including a lobster pot), dishware and silverware you’ll need. All kitchen appliances are new.

Laundry is available on the 1st floor.

No Pets/No Smoking. Additional $250 Cleaning fee is required.
