The home sits on a private cove just .5 miles down a sidewalk to a town beach. Surrounding roads are prefect for walking or a nice run. Drive less than 5 minutes to popular Mashpee Commons for strolling dining and shopping. A 25 minute drive to the Cape access bridges so come on down!
