The living room with its fireplace and antique player piano, TV den, dining room, large side porch and small front porch make up a comfortable space arrangement. 2 of the 7 bedrooms are on the first floor. Steps to Sandy Bristol Beach, which has a great view of Martha's Vineyard. 1 mile to Ocean Queen Ferry dock. 1 1/2 miles to Falmouth Village. Owners apartment attached to main residence, but secured separate entrance. Parking for 5 mid size cars. Quiet one-way street. Note: 1) Linens are provided; however, renters must provide their own towels. 2)Roof deck shown in main picture is not accessible.
