Outside, you will find a BBQ grill along with outdoor table and chairs, a large and flat backyard that is great for games or just running around, easy access to a nature trail, and enough parking for six cars. Backing up to conservation land plus the tree lines between neighbors, you can enjoy significant privacy as you relax on the deck.

About the owner: Hello, and thank you for looking at our Cape House! My wife, our two kids, and I love to visit the Cape - especially in the spring and summer months. My wife is originally from Falmouth so it seems like a reunion when we come to visit! Our kids (ages 6 and 10), love the beach, flying kites, going to Smitty’s for ice cream, riding on the bicycle trails, and taking the ferry over to Martha’s Vineyard. Please feel free to ask any questions!
Why this property? We built this house in 2006 and made sure it included all of the things to make it feel like a home. From the granite counters, gas fireplace, large closets, and massive 3rd bedroom to the flower beds, deck, and large backyard, you will enjoy how this home will welcome you. State Route 28 is about two minutes away which allows you easy access to downtown Falmouth, multiple beaches, restaurants/bars, Mashpee Commons (shopping), and many other destinations. “Convenience” is one of the many features this home offers!
