Private beach and dock across the street!

Enjoy the best of Cape living at Oyster Shore Cottage! You’ll have access to the private neighborhood beach & dock directly across the street. Walk your coffee over every morning and breathe in the salt air. Spectacular sunsets and water views from your front door.

The cottage has everything you need & want- comfy beds, outdoor shower, outdoor dining table, gas grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a hammock, games, books, air conditioning, dishwasher, linens, beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys & a well-stocked kitchen.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms: one connects to the full bathroom and has a queen bed, the second has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses and also contains a desk. Laptop stand, keyboard and mouse available in case you need to work from away.

Upstairs there is a half bathroom in the hallway which is available to both bedrooms: one contains a king bed and dresser, the other contains a queen bed and a vanity and stool which can be used as a secondary desk.

Area Information

Amazing location right across the street from a small neighborhood beach and shared picnic tables and a dock! If you bring or rent kayaks you can walk them across the street to launch. Cottage is perfectly situation close to many attractions: 1-2 miles from a local winery, ice cream place & brewery. 10 min drive to downtown & bigger beaches such as Falmouth Heights, Bristol Beach, Menauhant and more. Rent or bring bikes to easily access bigger beaches and multiple waterfront restaurants.
