This 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath ranch home is convenient to shopping, parks and both north and southside beaches. This house even has a brand new kitchen, plenty of seating in the living room and access to to 1/2 acre yard to enjoy the weather. There is a gas grill for outside grilling along with a couple of hanging swings. The back has lots of extra parking or a place to put your boat if you need it. This vacation home has a large well-equipped eat-in kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, window A/C units in the bedrooms and internet access. Hardwood floors & vinyl throughout and no carpet. There is a back deck open to a big yard, enclosed outside shower and a fire pit with lots of room for summer fun. There are beach chairs for you to use, a picnic table on the deck plus 5 ceiling fans.
Beds-2 Queens 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a queen Day bed in the living room.
This rental is central to Patriot Square, Johnny Kelly Park, movie theaters and shopping. Hope on the Mid Cape just a short drive away to explore other parts of the Cape.

Enjoyed our week stay here. Large kitchen with plenty of pots & pans, storage containers, etc. Having 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths was perfect for our family of four adults. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower was wonderful and the water pressure was very good. The large backyard with swing chairs was peaceful and gave a sense of serenity. Plenty of parking in front of and in back. Would stay here again.
