Living room has windows on each wall, sofa, and armchair with reading lamp.

There is a full bath on this level with a shower/ tub combination. Bath towels, bath mat, facecloths, and hand towels provided.
Ductless AC and heat pump on this level with a remote you control.

Second level:
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms; 2 of the bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 bedroom has a full-size bed.
Each bedroom has new mattresses, linens and Annie Selke or Dash & Albert plush rugs over finished pine floors.
Closets have hangers, extra quilts & blankets, and extra pillows.
Serena & Lily wool carpet runner and hallway rugs installed in 2023.

The upstairs bathroom has a marble stand up shower with high pressure shower head, 2 sink vanity, and tile floors.
Bathroom window looks over the back of the property (yard, trees, conservation land) for privacy.
Bath towels, bath mat, hand towels, and facecloths provided.
Ductless AC and heat pump with wall control so you can choose your desired temperature.

In the finished basement are 3 rooms:
-TV room (“the movie room” my 7 year old friend calls it) with Smart TV, (TVs are in guest mode so bring your Netflix and streaming account info) sofa and armchair,
-Laundry room with washer and dryer, and sink
-Office with flex desk and entry to the backyard via sliding door.

The artifacts, prints and photographs in the house reflect the owners’ favorite places for Cape Cod hiking, biking and kayaking, plus New England heritage.
Furniture is by Boston Interiors and Arhaus.
The home has wide pine flooring, wooden beam ceilings, and custom built-in cabinets, bookcases, and closets.
The shades are custom designed natural woven linen or woven wood and are placed only in areas needing privacy.
Other areas of the home offer unlimited views to the outside and gardens.

Walk to bay beach. Calm waters for swimming and kayaking. Walk for miles when the tide is out.
If you desire waves, seals, & surfing Coast Guard Beach at National Seashore is 8 minutes away.
We are also near ponds for kayaking and many hiking trails.
Orleans Center is close by and in the opposite direction are excellent restaurants and theatre in Wellfleet and Provincetown.
Biking the Cape Cod rail trail through Outer Cape towns is a favorite of many guests. The trail access is close to our house. There is plenty of room to store your bikes safely! Cape Cod Rail Trail maps are in the house.

No pets, no parties.

Weekly rentals for summer. We will consider monthly/ long term. Please inquire.
Flexibility for less than 7 days in spring and fall.
Spring on the Cape is wonderful; watching the world come into bloom.
Fall is a great secret on Cape Cod. The crowds have gone and the water is still warm.

Like all short term Massachusetts rentals, this property is subject to a tax of 14.45 tax rate.
Cleaning fees are noted and we take great pride in our thorough, excellent cleaners.
We also have a property manager doing a walk through before each rental to ensure everything is in top notch shape.
