First level: Our updated kitchen has Wolf appliances, espresso and coffee machines, blender, toaster, microwave, grill accessories, lobster pot and accessories, tea kettle, bar/ cocktail accessories, glassware, flatware, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Custom woodworking counters and breakfast nook. We have a comfortable den with smart TV, loveseat, and 2 leather armchairs. The living room has sofa plus an armchair with reading lamp. Bluetooth stereo is in the sideboard as are board games for a rainy day. The dining room has a table that seats 6 and the slider to the deck. There is a full bath on this level with a shower/ tub combination. Bath towels, bath mat, facecloths, and hand towels provided. Ductless AC on this level with a remote you control.

Overlooking the large and private yard with basketball court is a large deck with grill and dining table that seats 6. There are also chaise lounge chairs that dare you not to nap. The deck may be the best place (after the beach) to watch the sun set and the sky turn pink and purple. There is a hammock in the backyard next to the basketball court. Basketballs, pumps, croquet and ladder ball yard game as well as beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water and a double shower head. The back yard has gardens and previous renters note their delight in watching hummingbirds, deer, foxes, and bunnies.

Second level: Upstairs are 3 bedrooms; 1 Queen, and the other two rooms each have a full size bed. Each bedroom has new mattresses, linens and Annie Selke rugs. Serena & Lily carpet runner and hallway rugs installed in 2023. The upstairs bathroom is large with shower/tub combination, this window looks over the back of the property for privacy. Bath towels, bath mat, hand towels, and facecloths provided. Central air upstairs with wall control so you can choose your desired temperature. Each bedroom has large closet space with extra LL Bean quilts and blankets.

In the finished basement are: a TV room (“the movie room” my 7 year old friend calls it) with Smart TV, sofa and armchair, a laundry room with sink, washer and dryer, and a sunny office with flex desk and entry to the backyard via sliding door. Very strong WIFI throughout the house.

The art, prints and photographs in the house reflect the owners’ favorite places for hiking, biking and kayaking and New England heritage.
Furniture is by Boston Interiors and Arhaus.
The home has wide pine flooring, wooden beam ceilings, and custom built-in cabinets, drawers, bookcases, and closets. The shades are custom designed natural woven linen or woven wood and are placed only in areas needing privacy, while other areas of the home offer unlimited views to the outside and gardens.

Walk to bay beach. Calm waters for swimming and kayaking. Walk for miles when the tide is out. Many other Eastham bay beaches are nearby. If you desire waves and seals, Coast Guard Beach at National Seashore is 8 minutes away. We are also near Wiley Park and Great pond for excellent kayaking and stand up paddleboarding.
Orleans Center is closeby and in the opposite direction are excellent restaurants and theatre in Wellfleet and Provincetown.
Biking the Cape Cod rail trail through Outer Cape towns is a favorite of many guests. There is plenty of room to store your bikes safely! Cape Cod Rail Trail maps are in the house.

Weekly rentals for summer.
Flexibility for less than 7 days in early May/ June and fall.
Spring on the Cape is watching the world come into bloom.
Fall is a great secret on Cape Cod. The crowds have gone and the water is still warm.

Like all short term Massachusetts rentals, this property is subject to a tax of 14.45 tax rate.
Cleaning fees are included and we take great pride in our excellent cleaners.
We also have a property manager doing a walk through before each rental to ensure everything is in top notch shape.
